Big Thank You to Victor, Harold and Allen for everything. Carmax offers a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty and I noticed a couple issues the days following my purchase that were repaired by the service department. Makes car buying stress free. Love the Jeep

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Fantastic experience , (Bill) my sales associate was very professional , efficient and personable. He made the entire process stress free. Trade in and purchase both went well. Very happy with the process compared to the traditional dealership back and forth. CarMax has a much better process. Outstanding !!!

Went to the service desk after making an appointment over the phone for an appraisal. The lady couldn't find me or know anything that was going on. Went to the other front of the store where my name was on the appointment board. Told a couple salesmen. One was quick to do it in a timely fashion with a great offer which was nice. So maybe him saying " you're going to be upside down" before even looking at the car wasn't really necessary. Mixed feelings about this place. The guy was nice and fast so that's why the 4 stars. The service desk not knowing about anything and the guys comment brought it down one.

From start to finish, the process was simple and straightforward. The online process is thorough but not complicated. Every step too less time than I’d anticipated. The staff was polite and efficient and a Lyft was there within minutes of the completion of my transaction. The price was fair -higher than what I’d been offered by car dealerships.

I came into CarMax to sell a cargo van and was offered a fair price, which I accepted. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick and professional. The whole process took just a little over an hour. Overall, it was a great experience!
